Assistant

Field and Office Work: The Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting Educators and ensuring the smooth operation of educational sessions. Responsibilities include setting up and checking arrangements, preparing teaching materials, maintaining equipment, and assisting in the overall conduction of educational programs. The role involves practical and mechanical tasks, stock management, and occasional administrative duties.

Office Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Travel: A valid driving license and a 2-wheeler are required. Travel costs will be reimbursed.

Perks: Paid Casual Leaves and Sick Leaves, 2 paid vacations annually of 14 to 17 days each.

Responsibilities

Session Preparation: Set up all arrangements at schools before sessions, ensuring materials and equipment are ready.

Assist Educators: Support educators during sessions by managing students and ensuring equipment safety.

Material Preparation: Prepare kits, teaching aids, and session bags as per program requirements.

Equipment Management: Check functionality of instruments before sessions and store materials properly.

Stock Management: Maintain inventory, label equipment, update stock registers, and conduct regular quality checks.

Reporting: Submit monthly stock and end-of-month reports to the HOD.

Programme Execution: Ensure readiness of session kits and verify equipment functionality before use.

Administrative Tasks: Handle payments, documentation, material delivery, and basic banking activities.

Additional Duties: Assist with general operational tasks as required; role includes some physical work.

Candidate Specification

Education: 10th pass or above.

Skills: Practical and mechanical work proficiency. Ability to read and write in English. Basic computer knowledge is must.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
Age: Preferably aged 18-30.
Driving: Must know 2-wheeler driving and possess a valid driving license.
